A satisfied customer as usual! Summer tires, oil change, fluid checks, etc. Also, Tim detected an oil leak that was coming from a part that was still under warranty. He called the dealer to confirm warranty and I have booked an appointment at the dealer for repair. Tim is a competent service technican and will always try to save you money! Love Boyes Automotive!! Christmas Eve is not a good time for a blown head light or any vehicle trouble! Especially when my Equinox requires many bolts and trim removed to replace the bulb. With a trip to Kingston scheduled for Christmas Day evening with the family on board, one headlight was a problem. Tim is a friend of mine and I mentioned it to him with a Christmas text... he said come on over at 11am (Christmas Day) and I will look after it. Knowing Tim if wouldn't matter if I was a friend or another new or existing customer... he would have helped since he was free for a few minutes Christmas morning! Its good to have a mechanic with vast experience with great service !
